Summary: To-Do List - Schedule Planner is built with a strict offline-first & privacy-first architecture. Your personal tasks, daily schedules, subtasks, habits, and focus logs are stored 100% locally on your device. We never store, access, or sell your personal schedule data on our servers.

Welcome to To-Do List - Schedule Planner ("we", "our", or "us"), developed by Unique Apps Hub. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application handles user data when you download and use our app on Google Play (Package Name: com.uniqueappshub.todoreminders).

2. Information We Do NOT Collect (100% Offline Data)

We do not collect, view, or upload any of your personal task data to cloud servers:

  • Tasks & Notes: Your task titles, detailed notes, descriptions, and checklists.
  • Schedules & Reminders: Your due dates, times, alarm frequencies, and custom repeat patterns.
  • Habit Tracking: Your habits, daily checklists, and streak data.
  • Focus Timer: Your Pomodoro timer durations and focus statistics.
  • Voice Recordings: Speech recognition is processed directly on your device via Android's native speech recognizer. No voice or audio files are recorded or uploaded.

3. Information Collected Automatically by Third-Party Services

While your personal productivity data remains completely offline on your device, the app integrates trusted third-party SDKs to display advertisements and provide dynamic app updates. These services may collect standardized, non-personally identifiable technical information (such as IP address, advertising ID, device model, and OS version):

4. Device Permissions Requested

To provide core scheduling and reminder features, the app requests the following permissions:

  • Notifications & Alarms (POST_NOTIFICATIONS, SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM): Required to alert you with audio alarms and reminder notifications at your scheduled times.
  • Microphone / Speech Recognition (RECORD_AUDIO): Optional, used solely when you tap the microphone button to convert your spoken words to task text.
  • Vibration (VIBRATE): Provides tactile feedback when completing tasks and ringing alarms.

5. Data Storage and Backup

All your data is saved locally in your device's internal private storage. If you use the "Export Backup" feature, the app generates a local JSON backup file on your device that you can share or store wherever you choose. We have no access to your exported backup files.

6. Children's Privacy

Our application is safe for all age groups and does not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
